Patricia Ann Ridner December 3, 1968 - November 8, 2008 Patricia Ann Eastridge was born December 3, 1968 in Montgomery, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Norris Theodore and Janet Marie Eastridge. She was a 1987 graduate of Monroe High School. Patricia found her soul mate in Randy Ridner Jr. and they were joined in marriage on June 30, 2001 at the Grape Missionary Baptist Church in Monroe. Patricia considered her most important responsibility to be her children. Patricia and Randy had five children among them. These loving children included a son: John Newman of Monroe; and four stepchildren: Alan, Casey, Coty, and RaeLynn Ridner all of Monroe; and the gift of a granddaughter: Nicole. Patricia had the desire to further her education. She became a Medical Assistant, and was employed for several years in the medical offices of Dr. Scott Hughes in Monroe. Patricia and Randy were an inseparable pair and shared some of the same hobbies. One of these hobbies was figure eight racing. Randy always referred to Patricia as his number one Crew Chief. The outdoors was something else that they shared. Much of their leisure time was enjoyed in Northern Michigan fishing and camping. After her diagnosis of cancer she became faithful to the Relay for Life cause, and was a devoted member of the Crash for a Cure team. Patricia never lost her love for life and she was a valiant fighter. Patricia Ann Ridner, age 39, of Monroe was received in the arms of her Savior after passing peacefully from this life on Saturday morning November 8, 2008. Her family was at her side. The family had been under the care and guidance of Mercy Memorial Hospice of Monroe. She also leaves to cherish her memory her mother: Janet Poore of Texas; two brothers: Duane and David Eastridge both of Texas; and a sister: Sharon Daniels of Monroe.
