Obituary of Tkalis Clark

Tkalis Michael Clark April 9, 2010 - May 16, 2010 Tkalis Michael Clark was born at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio on April 9, 2010. Tkalis was born a little too soon coming into this world at only twenty-nine weeks. His life was tough but Tkalis was resilient and he grew from 2lbs 5ozs to 3lbs 9ozs. On Sunday, May 16, 2010 Tkalis Michael Clark age five weeks passed away at 12:12pm. He was surrounded by his loving family. To cherish his memory he leaves his parents: Laura and Jason Clark of Grand Rapids; his maternal grandparents: Rusty and Joyce Davis of Monroe; paternal grandparents: Jim and Cathy Vourlitis of Holland; paternal great grandmother: Helen Florian of Portage; maternal aunt: Julia Davis of Monroe; and paternal uncles: Pete Vourlitis and Nick Vourlitis both of Holland. Friends may gather from 1:00pm until 4:00pm, Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of His Life will be held at 4:00pm, with Brian S. Merkle officiating. Friends may then gather from 12:00pm until a service at 1:30pm, Friday, May 21, 2010 at Metcalf and Johnkoff Funeral Service, 4291 Cascade Road, S.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546, (616) 940-7333.
