Jpan and I were great friends during our school years in Bandon. When she returned for visits, we always tried to catch up. She was a great woman and enjoyed life to its fullest up until the time she had her medical problems which left her unable to do the things she loved. In the last few years, we reconnected via mail and phone calls. I will miss her dearly and you have my deepest condolences for your loss. She was my friend and I will see her again as she walks with God.

J.B., Kim, Duane and families...This is hard to believe! Joan was: A long-time fellow choir member - We sure had some very good times, making some very inspirational and very good music to the Lord at St. Mary's; she could REALLY sing; Someone we enjoyed a good time with FOLLOWING Wednesday night choir rehearsals at the former Restaurant Italia - the singing, the laughs, along with an occasional coctail...good times; A fellow bowling team member (gee, that goes back a few decades!) - She taught me how to keep score before automatic score machines were in use; Finally, she was just a good friend. She loved to talk about her family when I used to clean the Gruber Rd. house. I am very saddened by her loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time. I will see you tomorrow at the service.

I don't believe I have seen Joani (high school name) for over 50 years. We were great high school friends and she was so much fun and such a joy to be with. I remember her as outgoing, fun loving, and a real competitor in sports and all athletics. I didn't realize she had fallen on ill health the last few years and was surprised when Carol let us know she was so ill. Seeing her picture on this page takes me right back to when we were young and healthy and full of fun. My prayers and love go out to all her family and friends. My very deepest sympathy and love to you all. Janice Mauzey Neff "Jani"
