Bonnie Louise Pribyl-DuVall was born in Monroe, Michigan on October 17, 1962. She was one of six children born from the union of the late Carl and Lillian (LaVigne) Pribyl. Bonnie was a 1980 graduate of Monroe High School.
Bonnie married the love of her life, Rex DuVall on December 10, 1994 in Monroe. She supported her family for over twenty-two years working as a Supervisor, or commonly known as the "Yard Police" at Auto Warehousing in Woodhaven, Michigan.
Bonnie previously received her spiritual nourishment from St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Monroe. She was known to be very caring and always put her family before herself. She loved to make the people around her happy and was commonly known to be the glue that held the family together. She was very intelligent and well organized. Bonnie was a hard worker who was outspoken and thoughtful.
In Bonnie's spare time she enjoyed watching Keeping up with the Kardashians, playing bingo and bunco, traveling and spending Friday nights with her husband dancing prior to his passing. In her younger years she enjoyed taking the family boating and camping. She planned many special occasions, keeping people in mind on their special days.
Bonnie Louise Pribyl-Duvall age 53, of Monroe, passed away at 7:11pm unexpectedly on Saturday, March 26, 2016. In addition to her parents, her passing was preceded by her beloved husband in September of 2012; a brother: Ronald Pribyl; and a sister: Karen Raymond.
To cherish her memory she leaves her two beloved daughters: Shannon Pribyl and Shaylynn DuVall both of Monroe; two brothers: Randy (Laura Badgley) Pribyl of Monroe and Mike (Sharon) Pribyl of Monroe; a sister: Brenda (Steve) Knowles of Maybee; a brother in law: Thomas Raymond; a grandson: Talon Roberts of Monroe; and a special niece Lacie "Lou" Leach.
Friends may gather from 2:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of Her Life will take place at 10:00am on Thursday, March 31, 2016 also at Merkle's with Pastor Roy Southerland of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church officiating.
