Obituary of Timothy Knuckles

Timothy John "TJ" Knuckles was born on January 14, 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born from the union of Rochelle Weiss and Charles Knuckles. Timothy moved to Monroe as a young boy and attended Airport schools. Timothy had a very special relationship with his Father; they were best friends that constantly looked out for each other. TJ was always very thoughtful of others; he was kind hearted, caring, generous and helpful, using these traits as a regular volunteer for the Salvation Army and American Red Cross. He enjoyed playing all sorts of games ranging from Xbox and Vegas Slots to baseball and football with the neighborhood kids. TJ enjoyed trips to amusement parks and zoos, and really appreciated dining out at various restaurants. Timothy "TJ" Knuckles age 25, of Monroe Township, Michigan passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. His passing was preceded by his brother: William Maloche Jr.; Grandfather: John Rackley Jr; Grandmother: Daphne McManaway; and an Uncle: Johnnie Weiss. To cherish his memory, TJ leaves his Mother: Rochelle R. (Ken Byrd) Weiss of Monroe; Father: Charles Knuckles of Monroe; Brother: Kevin Knuckles of Monroe; Sister: Cynthia Maloche of Monroe; Sister: Christina Marie Knuckles of Batavia, Ohio; Aunt: Judy (Timothy) Moore of Mason, Ohio; Uncle: Scott Weiss of Monroe; Paternal Grandmother: Mary L. Rackley of Cincinnati; Maternal Grandfather: Robert (Kim) Weiss of Springfield, Ohio; and Cousins: Sara (Adam Rice) Weiss, Cristie (Michael Benitez ) Weiss, and Marlena Moore. Friends may gather from 2:00pm till 8:00pm on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of his life will take place at 1:00pm on Thursday , March 24 ,2016 also at Merkle's with the Reverend B J McDaniel of Frenchtown Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Procession will follow to Roselawn Memorial Park in LaSalle for burial. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for funeral arrangements.
