I had the pleasure of knowing Kit as a colleague for the brief time that I worked at Dundee Schools and also as educator and coach for my daughter. It is common knowledge that Kit was well liked by his students and athletes. However, what many do not know is that on Monday nights Kit and Kim opened their home up to friends and family for a night of eating tacos and playing cards. May you enjoy many nights of poker and eating tacos in Heaven Kit.

I met Kit when he was 14 years old. He was one of my favorites at dundee sportsman's club. He always had a huge smile on his face and was a great person to interact with. I will miss him. My deepest sympathy goes out to Kim, their children, his family and friends.

Kim, I know it has been many years since we've spoken and I hope this message of condolence does not contribute to your sadness. But I wanted to share something with you and leave a couple of memories. Last Wednesday I had a super vivid dream about you and Kit. I don't know how many years it has been since I have seen you guys, so it was so strangely out of the blue. And I just had an overwhelming feeling of sadness and that something wasn't right. I didn't know what, but you both were in my thoughts. About Thursday I felt compelled to pray for you and had no explanation as to why. So yesterday I did a google search wondering if I could find you or something...and I found this obituary. Fritter, I burst into tears. I just could not believe it. And suddenly it made sense why you both were so strongly on my mind. For what it is worth, I am so incredibly sorry for your great loss. In reading the obituary I see you have a wonderful, large family. And you're a grandma! Oh my gosh, I can only imagine how awesome a grandma you are!! Anyway, I share this because even in tremendous loss such as this, I do believe God cares for us. And I do believe there is a Heaven and it has Kit now, and motorcycles. I am certain that is why I have felt compelled to pray for you, even though I never could have imagined something like this. I don't believe this is the end, but rather, "i will see you again." What an incredible legacy he has given the world, and all the many lives he has touched are the better for it. I also would like to share two of my favorite Kit memories: first is being in the apartment in Monroe. We were waiting for you to get off of work. He got sooooo excited because he wanted to show me a surprise--your engagement ring. He swore me to secrecy and I will just never forget how downright GIDDY he was to propose to you! And second is at the house in Dundee. You guys were teaching me euchre. I think Ken was there too. I was all confused and you came to help me with my cards--which I had upside down. When you turned them right side up I thought Kit and Ken were going to pee their pants, they were laughing so hard. I have many great memories and will continue to pray for everyone suffering during this sad time. God bless. Gina
