Patricia "Patt" Ann Wright
June 28, 1951 - May 2, 2015
Patricia (Patt) Ann Wright was born in Monroe on June 28, 1951 the daughter of the late Donald Favreau and Mary (Clute) Favreau. She attended Monroe Schools and graduated from high school with the Class of 1969.
Patt was an upbeat person with an outgoing personality. She was known for sense of humor and her ability to make others laugh. She worked hard and had been employed by Martinizing as a Manager, Dry Cleaner and Presser for twenty-two years.
Patt, was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church formerly known as East Raisinville United Methodist Church. She married Ronald Lee Wright, on June 24, 2006 at the church.
Her favorite activities included reading mystery books, playing cards, bowling, playing on the computer, canning, and camping. Patt fondly recalled many wonderful experiences camping with loved ones and visiting the cabin in Baldwin. She was a fabulous cook and baker. Patt cherished her family. She loved spending time with her sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, children and grandchildren.
Patricia Ann Wright, age 63, of Monroe passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, May 2, 2015 with her loving family by her side. Her passing was preceded by her father: Donald.
To cherish her memory she leaves a beloved husband of nine years: Ronald of Monroe; her loving mother: Mary Favreau; four sons: Steven (Arwada) Keck of Monroe, James (Jeannine) Keck of Samaria, Jeremy (Jamie) Wright and Ryan Wright both of Monroe; two daughters: Jennifer (Scott) McCarty and Kim (Ron) Maracle both of Monroe; one brother: Don (Diane) Favreau of Monroe; three sisters: Sue (Jim) Rogness of Erie, Colorado, Marge Ferguson of Louisville, Kentucky and Diane (Randy) Rose of Anderson, South Carolina; and eleven grandchildren: Tyler, Kevin, Theron, Ethan, Nathan, Brian, Harrison, Whitley, Hunter, Alexa and Hayden, and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may gather for a memorial service celebrating her life at 11:00am on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Heritage United Methodist Church, 4010 North Custer Road, Monroe, with Reverend Katie Waggoner pastor of the church officiating. A luncheon immediately following the service will take place at First United Methodist Church, 312 Harrison Street, Monroe. Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185 has been entrusted with her arrangements.
