As dusk descends with quiet sigh, A deer emerges, shy and sly. It wanders through the fading light, A spirit of the coming night. R.I.P. Darrell

Red was a wonderful man. We met at the moose and instantly became friends. I loved listening to his stories and we bonded over our Kentucky roots. He was the best dancer at the moose and always my dance partner! He was a very giving man, he made sure I got a Kentuckians of Michigan jacket and made me a beautiful bracelet from the beans he grew. He will forever be loved and missed by me and my family. Rest in peace my friend- love, your friend Nicole

I am going to miss my uncle Darrell. I truly enjoyed the times we spent Up North. Riding in jeeps through the woods, getting stuck in the mud. Hearing the stories of the hunting trips in October with my dad, grandpa, and other uncles. I'm sure they are all sharing memories in heaven now. Enjoy the reunion Darrell, I'll see you soon.
