Obituary of Scott Nunn
Scott Nunn was born on January 12, 1973 in Monroe, Michigan. He was one of two children born from the union of Claude and Betty (McDonald) Nunn. Scott attended Monroe High School and graduate with the Class of 1991. On May 2, 1998, Scott married the love of his life, the former Teri Fehse. The happy couple would be blessed with the birth of one son: Alec. A hard worker who always provided for his family, Scott was employed as a laborer at Daimler-Chrysler for twenty-five years.
Scott enjoyed working so much that his family would say he worked “ninety percent of his free time”. Literally never allowing the grass to grow under his feet, the other ten percent was utilized for chores such as cutting the grass or raking leaves. Always on the move, he seemed to find something to do just to stay busy.
Scott would never miss an opportunity to cast a line at the State Park with his fishing buddy, his cousin “Erby”. The duo didn’t care if the fish were biting, they simply enjoyed the time spent.
A loving husband and father, Teri and Alec were Scott’s life and he adored them more than anything in this world and beyond. A genuine and giving man, he never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Scott had a great sense of humor and his handsome smile was often on display.
Scott Nunn, age 49, of Monroe, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, December 26, 2022. His passing was preceded by his grandparents.
Left to cherish his memory, he leaves his wife of twenty-four years: Teri Nunn; one son: Alec Nunn; his father: Claude Nunn; his mother: Betty Bomia; and one brother: Allen (the late Rose).
