Obituary of Viola M. Stull

Viola M. Stull, age 91, of Dundee, passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at the University Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was born in Petersburg, Michigan June 13, 1925 the daughter of Frank Baker and Esther Bushamp. She graduated from Deerfield High School in 1943 and was employed at Milan Plastics for 25 years and then 10 years at the Ypsilanti State Regional Hospital. She married James E. Stull on September 25, 1943 in Deerfield. Sadly he passed away on November 2, 1997. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.She is survived by her children: Lonnie, Connie (Lewis) Doane and Penny (Ozzie) Gutierrez all of Dundee; brother Richard Bushamp of St. Johns, Michigan; sisters Dorothy (Leon) Ost of Dundee and Marie (Scott) Bushamp of Ovid, Michigan; 12 grandchildren Kristi Doane, Brett (Janelle) Doane, DuWayne (Karen) Stull, Allison Stull, Aaron (Lousie) Angerer, Callie (Tim) McDonnell, Jamie (Christy) Gee, Nicole Kirkman (Paul Scott) Tiffany (Terry) Kirkman Miracle, Brittany Kirkman, Taylor Burtch, and Gabe Gutierrez: 13 great-grandkids and 2 great-great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Dale, sister Margaret Vogt and brothers Wayne Baker, Calvin Baker, Lyle Baker and George Baker. Friends may call on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 1 – 8 PM at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh St in Dundee (734-529-3156/888/383/4176). Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday June 7, 2017 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jennifer Kiefer, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church in Dundee.
