Trindle Lee Jones was born on September 8, 1966, in Farmington, Michigan. He was one of three children born from the union of William Branson Jones and Juanita (Coleman) Jones. Later in life, Trindle obtained his GED.

Passionate about exercising his mind, Trindle was constantly on the hunt to learn new things.

He was renowned for his fashion preferences frequently encompassing the donning of a pair of his infamous socks and sandals. Also, regardless of the occasion his head was adorned with a signature fine hat.  The outdoors held a special place for him and he enjoyed the solace of being surrounded by nature especially on a camping excursion.

Trindle Lee Jones, age 57 of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan on Monday; January 29, 2024. His passing was preceded by his mother: Juanita Jones; his father: William Jones; a son: Erik Jones; a sister: Michele Jones; and a nephew: Ethan Rowe. The loss of these family members has undoubtedly left a void in the hearts of those who loved them, and their memories will be forever treasured.

To cherish his memory, he leaves a loving sister: Teresa (Dan) Emmert, who was a pillar of support throughout his life; his three children: William Jones, Leisha Jones, and Alex (Cody) Wiggins; a granddaughter: Eleanor Wiggins. In addition to his human family, Trindle leaves behind his faithful companion, Storm, a loyal canine who provided comfort and companionship through the years.

A private funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate Trindle's life at a later date. His care has been entrusted to Merkle Funeral Service, Dundee; 297 Tecumseh Street, Dundee, Michigan 48131 (734) 529-3156.
