Obituary of Jean Annette Poley
Jean Annette Poley, age 77, of Dundee and Milan Township, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Magnum Care in Monroe . She was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan on February 22, 1939 the daughter of Floyd H. and Helena P. (Howe) Fuller. She was very proud of graduating from the Dundee Community Schools Adult Education Program in 1987. She married Rolland Wayne Poley on January 7, 1956. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 2006. She had worked for Talon in Tecumseh, Edward Brothers in Ann Arbor, L & K in Dundee, Universal Die Cast in Saline and was a Dundee Schools bus driver for 27 years retiring in 2004. She also attended St. John Lutheran Church in Dundee and played bunko in the area. She is survived by her husband R. Wayne, son Eric (Dawn) Poley of Milan and daughter Eryn (Brendan) Earls of Ida; grandchildren Ryan Poley, Rowan Earl and Fiona Earls; brothers Kenneth (Geraldine) Fuller of Rose City and Arthur (Margaret) Fuller of Dundee. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Floyd Fuller and a sister Charlotte who died at birth. Friends may call on Friday from 2 – 8 PM at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156). Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev. Jennifer Kiefer, church pastor of St. John Lutheran Church.
