Obituary of Daniel N. Borton

Daniel Nathan Borton, age 45, passed away at 12:49 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2016 at his Marion, Indiana home. Daniel was born March 16, 1970 in Toledo, Ohio to Martin E. and Libia E. (Zambrano) Borton. A Dundee High School graduate, he was a journeyman carpenter and owned and operated A-Team Construction in Marion. Daniel was dedicated to his work as a carpenter. In his free time he enjoyed his passion for cars and, most of all, he loved spending time with his children. Daniel is survived by his mother, Libia E. Zambrano) Borton of Dundee; children, Austin Z. Borton and Alyssa M. Borton, both of Marion, Ind.; brothers, Timothy A. Borton and Sham J. Borton; sisters, Susan M. Borton-VanHuysen and Rebekah R. (Fred) Polenz; nephews and nieces, Wyatt and Sydney Spalding, Luke and Eli VanHuysen, Emily (John) Polenz Ricca, Toni J. and Hayden B. Polenz, Scott Borton-Majchszak. He was preceded in death by his father, Martin E. Borton; grandparents, Virgil and Marie Borton and Gilberto and Ramona Zambrano Friends may call from 1 PM until a 2 p.m. Memorial Service on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee, Michigan (734-529-3156) Burial will take place at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee.
