Obituary of Quinton Anderson

Quinton Maurice Anderson was born in Monroe, Michigan on January 2, 1958. He was the son of the late Abraham Anderson and Mary (Allen) Anderson. Quinn or "Q-Mac" as he was known was very close to his family and friends. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially fishing. Quinton also loved to shoot pool. Quniton "Q-Mac" Anderson age 54 of Monroe passed away at 7:56pm on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Mercy Memorial Hospital. In addition to his father Abraham, Quinton's passing was preceded by a sister: Debora Allen. Quinton leaves to cherish his memory his two children: Alontae Pittman and Destaney Pittman; his mother: Mary Anderson of Detroit; one sister: Donna Miller of Monroe; three brothers: Richard (Clara) Allen, Bryan (Dee) Anderson, and Rico (Annette) Anderson. Friends may gather from 12:00pm until 1:00pm, Monday, January 16, 2012 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of His Life will follow at 1:00pm with the Reverend Alfred Overstreet pastor of Al Overstreet Evangelistic Ministries officiating. Procession will follow to Roselawn Memorial Park in LaSalle for burial. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Anderson Family.
