Obituary of Latif Lee Pierce
Latif Lee Pierce was born in Dearborn, Michigan on July 2, 2012. He was “one of the three babies” being the tenth born of twelve children. He was the son of Tina Marie (Pershon) Pierce and Chad Mitchel Pierce. In 2018, he moved from Dearborn Heights to Monroe with his family.
Latif was in the 7th grade and currently homeschooled through the Uplift Academy. He had an inquisitive spirit and with a thirst for knowledge he was constantly full of questions. He loved to learn fun facts by asking random questions.
Latif had a wonderful sense of humor and truly enjoyed making everyone laugh. He was very lovable and shared the best hugs. He was outgoing, random, and spontaneous, providing positive energy for those around him and always willing to share a smile.
Latif loved corn dogs, pizza bagels, and Tiffany’s Cheese Bread. Once, he even ate 8 corn dogs in a single sitting. Although he loved to play outside, he wasn’t much for walking from place to place. Instead, he began each day in the backyard swinging as high as could possibly go with the chains clanging loudly and his beloved canine companion Oz keeping watch. He also enjoyed playing his games on X-Box and Switch.
