Susie was a wonderful lady, with a big heart. She loved her children, her grandchildren, and her late husband with all her heart. Whenever I saw her she’d tell me wonderful stories of her grandchildren, and children. Always speaking highly of them all. Man what can I say about my mother, she was a fiery unstoppable soul. She could be strong as a bull stubborn and mean. She could be sweet and soft as angel. She raised us to be warriors strong but compassionate. Sometimes she was as strong as 10 men other times she was soft as a baby. She loved and sacrificed for her children. Her grand kids would turn her to putty. The month of July was her favorite time of year. The fourth of July and fireworks shows all over. She would celebrate her birthday right along with it. Mom I will miss your heart of gold and your ornery ways! I'm glad I got to call you Mom. Love you lots enjoy your entirety with Dad. I know you are always with me.

Q: What will you never forget about Susan?
A: The two things I will never forget about Grandma Susie are the 2 days, years apart, when I gave birth to two of her grandsons. With Austin, there wasn't any force of power that was keeping her out of the delivery room, making sure we were both ok and healthy & there to yell at any and everybody who would get in her way to her new grand baby. With Ethan, 8 years later, she kept saying she couldn't wait to see another little Jason join the world. She whooped and hollered as he was walked out to them about how crazy it was that both my boys were mirror images of her baby boy. She was the proudest grandmother over every one of her granbabies. Pure, intensive, knows no bounds kind of love. Thank you for being my baby boy's everything. Till we meet again. We love you always.
