In 1975, Kim Greene and I, college sweethearts, visited Grandma and Ed Wells in Florida. Bud and Dorothy were there as well. Bud and Dorothy made me feel so welcome to the family, along with Marie and Ed. I hadn't met Kim's parents, Dick and Jackie, but I thought, "I love these people." The rest is history and 45 years later I am so grateful I got to know my husband even better through Bud and Dorothy. He was a giant of a man, and I have been honored to know him and his bride!
