Obituary of Dianne Rene Geis

Dianne Rene Moon was born in Napolean, Ohio on July 27, 1963. She was the youngest daughter from the union of James Moore and Rosemary (Overmire) Moore. Dianne was adopted and lovingly raised by her aunt and uncle: Vera (Overmire) Moon and George Moon. Dianne attended Otsego High School in Tontogany, Ohio and graduated with the Class of 1981. Over the years she had continued her education completing several college classes. For over twenty years, Diane worked in accounting. She was employed by Campbell Soup in Napolean and ended her career with Sunshine Children’s Home of Ohio which she loved. Dianne also spent some time employed at St. John Jesuit high school in the discipline office. Dianne enjoyed crafts. She was always creating unique and spectacular projects from making windchimes out of old silverware to lamps from glasses and vases. Dianne also loved to sew and scrapbook. Diane could be quite determined and set in her ways, but she was loved by all and well known for her generosity and heart of gold. Her faith in Christ was essential and she was well versed in scripture. Dianne enjoyed the summer months appreciating the warm sun on her face as she fished and relaxed by whatever water she could get close to be it a pool, river or her favorite the ocean.
